Rhinoscript:quickstart guide

By the start of this session, you ought to have the following
installed / completed / ready-to-go:
- a working copy of rhino 4 installed. if you don't know what rhino is or where to get it, ask your neighbor... he knows a guy. for those of you working with intel macs, have no fear - so am i. rhino runs fine with bootcamp, and good enough with parallels... just be sure you get it installed and running before our session.
- a working copy of the monkey plug-in for rhino installed. you can use the following link to download this plug-in, then it should be an easy install (email me if you have any issues). also, you can read up on how to use monkey on the monkey wiki page, link below.
- a copy of rhinoscript 101 downloaded, and sections 1.1, 1.2, & 1.3 read and completed (this consists of just three pages, shouldn't take more than fifteen mins) - download link below
